30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered. If your item doesn’t meet expectations, you may return or exchange it — no questions asked.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags must be attached
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Final sale items are not eligible for return
How to Start a Return or Exchange
We offer a simple, no-hassle return process:
Email us at sales@oneputtbirds.com to initiate your return.
We'll send you a QR code or return label for free return shipping.
Drop off your return at a designated location or carrier.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know — we’ll cover the cost of one exchange per order. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
